Weekends in summer

On weekend mornings throughout summer, we'll be hosting a rotating program of free outdoor yoga, mat pilates, and guided meditation on our spacious lawns.

Open to all and led by local instructors, the sessions are designed to feel relaxed and welcoming, giving you the chance to join in fully or simply move at your own pace.

When you’re done, there’s no rush to leave. Let the morning roll gently into coffee, breakfast, or brunch at Milly’s Acre, or enjoy a quiet stroll through Elizabeth Baillie Park to help you ease into your day.
