Luvieur (Stephanie Ee) is a self-taught Australian artist who will be the first local artist to take up residency at Milly's Acre as part of The Town of Victoria Park’s Artist-In-Residence program.
Baillie Hill and The Town of Victoria Park have partnered together to offer three studio residencies for local, mid-career artists over the next year.
The program aims to bring fresh, thoughtful artists into the Milly's Acre Art Studio on 3-month rotations. Each residency introduces a new creative practice, a new series of workshops, and a new reason to visit.
The program champions emerging and up-and-coming artists, giving them a studio, an audience, and the space to share their craft with the community.
Luvieur is a self-taught Australian artist who specialises in expressive and bold figure and portrait paintings. Her practice explores themes of identity, feminine empowerment, and emotional intimacy, creating work that invites both connection and reflection.
Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, Luvieur embraces imperfection and rawness in her art.
Her creative offerings extend across large-scale murals, bespoke commissions, live painting performances, and expressive art workshops.
